CRAIG CHAIT CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
 
Craig is the founder of iHost Hospitality and has 19 years experience in the hospitality industry in areas of finance, information technology and audit consultancy. Craig worked with Accor Hotels & Resorts as well as Mirvac Hotel Group in finance, corporate management and operations. He then joined Micros Systems Inc., a supplier of property management & point of sale systems where roles included global sales, marketing, operational consulting, business best practice for hotels, resorts, food & beverage businesses and other and travel organizations.
 
Craig worked for the Micros-Fidelio Regional Asia/Pacific office for 4 years along side numerous companies in consultative roles covering operatoinal strategy, sales & marketing, project management, financial & audit services among others. Project experience includes working with such companies as Carlson, Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Shangri-La, Le Meridien, Mandarin Oriental, Starwood, Peninsula, Taj Hotels and numerous others. Craig’s expertise and niche within Micros earned him a global position working for the head office in the US. This saw Craig’s responsibilities oversee product and project management for various hospitality and travel based systems as well as the bridging of back office and front office systems (SunSystems, Fidelio and Micros).
 
Heading up global sales and strategic projects for iHost Hospitality as well as managing business partners, Craig's strength is global networking and alliance relationships.
 
 
 
 
BENJAMIN LINDNER OPERATIONS MANAGER
 
Benjamin joined iHost Hospitality in August 2011 after spending more than 3 years at iHost's partner company Serenata IntraWare GmbH in Germany where he was Technical Project Manager.
 
Prior to joining Serenata IntraWare, Benjamin held several management positions with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and InterContinental Hotels & Resorts among other hotel chains. He has studied hotel management in Germany and shares in iHost's passion to deliver 5-star software and services experience to our own customers.
 
Among Benjamin's experience is working with esteemed hotel groups such as Kempinski, Moevenpick, One&Only, Dorchester Group, Shangri-La and Four Seasons, where he managed and delivered a wide range of projects and services as well as support.
 
Benjamin has a passion provide best-in-class communication solutions for hotels and resorts, ranging from email, e-campaign and online forms and surveys, through to PMS and CRS integration, automation and closed-loop marketing. Given this, Benjamin leads our Product Managers and Support Department in ensuring the delivery of these end-to-end systems for our customers.
 
Not willing to rest on idle ground, he tirelessly pursues the ever-changing trends of market to deliver the latest solutions for our customers.
