SENIOR INSTALLER - SPA NOVEMBER 2011
Due to strong growth in our spa and leisure management division, iHost is seeking an experienced Installation Specialist to join its team. The successful applicant will be responsible for the installation of new projects and also provide day to day assistance in the support of our products to customers. Work side by side with fellow staff members to ensure customer satisfaction levels are kept high, including liaising with staff in various countries and time zones.
This role requires previous experience, and be able to work autonomously. The position reports to the Operations Manager. You will be a high achiever, organized and motivated, be flexible, be able to undertake international travel, and possess a solid IT knowledge. You will have unlimited energy and power to become the best in the business.
You may currently be working with or have worked with similar or competing solutions in the market. Alternatively you may be a Hotel Spa Manager or similar environment, with exposure and some experience with technology.

ACCOUNTS SUPERVISOR - PART TO FULL TIME JANUARY 2012
iHost is seeking an Accounts Supervisor with experience in general office duties ranging from bookkeeping to assisting in project planning and staff travel, as well as being of support to a busy team of IT professionals.
The successful candidate will be self motivated, have an eye for detail, be able to work autonomously, and bring a depth of experience from a similar role. This position reports to the CEO. You will be a high achiever, organized and able to liaise with partners from around the world as well as customers from all spectrums of varying industries, time zones and cultures.
